If you choose early pickup, your wines will not be pre-packed—instead, you will customize and pay for your selections in person.

Early Shipping

Select the early shipping option between:

August 3 - August 28, 2026

To select early shipping, please log in to your membership account, click the ‘Club Memberships’ tab and then click the ‘Ship It Now’ button as shown in the image below.

*PLEASE NOTE: If your membership delivery preference is set to ship, but you would like to pick up your wines instead, you must pick them up early or change your delivery preference to pickup by August 31st. You can update your delivery preference through your online account or by emailing FIZZ@mawby.wine or calling 231-271-3522 *140.

Automatic Payment Processing Date

Credit cards are charged:

September 1, 2026 @ 12:00 AM EST (Midnight)

Adjustments to your order may not be possible once your payment has been processed. Changes made after payments have been processed may incur additional fees. You will receive an email with a tracking number, when we print the shipping labels. This number will not show any activity until the wines ship.

Wine Packing

Shipping orders are packed between:

September 2 - September 11, 2026

Because packing will begin immediately after payments have been processed, please be sure that all changes and any special arrangements for your order have been finalized before credit cards are charged. **Once your order has been packed and placed on the UPS Freight pallet, we cannot retrieve it.**

Standard Pickup Period

Pickup orders are available to pick up between:

September 1 - November 2, 2026

After November 2nd, any unclaimed orders will be refunded and restocked, minus a non-refundable $50 restocking fee.

Standard Shipping Date

Club wines ship out on:

September 14, 2026

If you would like to request a specific shipping date, please contact our club manager by phone or email by August 31st.

Important Reminders:

• It usually only takes one day to deliver in Michigan, so for in-state Bubbleheads, be prepared to accept your wine on Tuesday, September 15.

• An adult over 21 must sign for the package; please make sure we are sending it to an address where that is possible.

• UPS will handle a package one of two ways after the first missed delivery attempt:

  • After one missed delivery attempt, UPS may redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point rather than re-attempting delivery the next day. The package is held at the Access Point for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn't picked up within that window, it will be returned to sender.
    
    • UPS should leave an InfoNotice at the door with the Access Point name and address.
      
    • Tracking will be updated in real time; customers enrolled in UPS notifications will receive an alert.
      
    • At pickup, customers must show a valid ID confirming they are 21+ and that the address matches the shipping label.
      
  • If no Access Point is available nearby, UPS will continue standard delivery attempts and return the package after a third missed attempt. Not all Access Point locations accept packages containing alcohol.
    

• Increase your order to a full case (12 bottles) and it ships for FREE to states in Shipping Zone 1 and $10/case to Zones 2-4.

• Per the FIZZ Club Terms and Conditions agreed upon by you at signup, if you are cancelling your membership prior to receiving a minimum of two (2) semi-annual club orders/shipments, you will be charged an early termination fee.

To guarantee a table for you and ensure we have enough food for everyone, reservations are required.

Attendance is limited to 4 people per membership.

Friendly Reminder:

The state health department bars pets in any area where table service is provided, both indoors and outdoors, with the exception of certified service animals. We welcome you and your pup to enjoy wines by the glass/bottle at our lawn seating (weather premitting).

*Food pairings and/or wine flights are not available on the lawn.
