Shipping Information
Shipping wine is tricky! Here are some important things to consider before placing an order:

We are able to ship wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WI. If you live in a state where we currently can't ship and you're interested in purchasing our wine, please let us know!
We ship with UPS, and we default to UPS Ground. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday*. Delivery time varies by location. Shipping may be delayed during weather conditions that could affect the quality of your wine. If a delay occurs, a MAWBY team member will contact you via email. *Orders to Zone 1 also ship on Thursdays.
An adult signature (21 and over) is required. You cannot pre-sign for the package and carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol without receiving a signature. If it is an option, we recommend sending your wine to a business. We cannot ship wine to PO boxes or APR/FPO.
UPS will attempt delivery 3 times. After that, UPS will return the order to MAWBY. Costs for reshipping or rerouting a package are paid by the customer. FIZZ Club and/or promotional shipping rates do not apply to orders that must be reshipped. The cost to reship may vary from the original shipping rate applied to your order.
If your wine is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via email to make arrangements for reshipment, pickup, or return. If we do not hear back from you after 30 days or you choose to return the order, you will be automatically refunded the cost of the wine minus a non-refundable $50 restocking fee and any shipping charges.
Wine is very temperature sensitive. Please consider the weather between MAWBY and your shipping destination before placing your order. If severe heat or cold is occurring, we recommend delaying your order until milder weather prevails. Extreme temperatures can result in damaged products—leakage, freezing, cork pushing, "cooked" wine, etc. Once wine leaves the winery, MAWBY is not responsible for damaged wine due to adverse weather conditions. All risk of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon delivery of the wine purchased.
In the event of breakage or loss caused by UPS, please contact orders@mawby.wine so that we may begin the claim process through UPS. In some cases, visual evidence may be required for UPS to process the claim; if you are able to photograph the broken package, please do so. Once we have confirmation of the successful claim from UPS, MAWBY will replace and reship the damaged product.
