By joining Fizz Club FLEX, you understand and agree to the following:

As a Fizz Club FLEX member (aka Bubblehead), you agree to receive a selection of six (750 mL, 375 mL, or equivalent) bottles of MAWBY Sparkling Wine two times per year at club discount pricing.

This club follows the same semi-annual fulfillment windows as FIZZ Club (April and September), but participation is optional. You may choose to receive a semi-annual wine selection or skip that fulfillment.

If you choose to participate in a semi-annual fulfillment, you authorize MAWBY to charge your credit card for your wine selection, plus any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or fees. Please enjoy our wines responsibly.

Charges for semi-annual wine selections occur in late March or early April for the Spring fulfillment, and late August or early September for the Fall fulfillment, depending on the calendar year. You will be notified in advance via email of the exact charge date and customization timeline when it becomes available.

The cost of any semi-annual order may vary based on the wines selected and/or customizations you make. You will be informed of the total price at the time of customization. Please note that club discounts are based on retail prices and therefore discounted prices are subject to change.

If you choose to participate, semi-annual orders may be customized within the designated customization period. Wines are subject to change due to availability. If you do not complete customizations before the period ends, you will receive the standard wine selection. Changes made after the customization period are subject to a $25 modification fee. 

Membership is ongoing and does not follow the calendar year. You may cancel at any time without further obligation, except for any applicable fees and/or wines billed prior to cancellation, through your online account or by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

If you later choose to enroll in FIZZ Club, your enrollment will be treated as a new FIZZ Club membership and will be subject to the current FIZZ Club Terms and Conditions.

If you enroll in FIZZ Club after being in Fizz Club FLEX, you will not be eligible to re-enroll in Fizz Club FLEX unless you have first received at least one (1) semi-annual FIZZ Club order.

Shipping is only available to select states. If we discover your shipping address is outside of these states after your enrollment, your membership will be cancelled at no cost to you. The list of eligible states is subject to change and shipping fees may vary by location.

Club shipping benefits only apply to the original purchase. If orders have to be reshipped or rerouted, standard shipping rates (which may vary from the original rates) will apply and are to be paid for by you, the member. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for wine deliveries, as shipping companies cannot leave packages containing alcohol. If delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to MAWBY. If your club wines are not picked up from our tasting room, or other arrangements to receive your order are not made within the allowed pickup period, your payment will be refunded, minus a non-refundable $50 restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees. Similarly, refused, returned, or refunded orders will incur a non-refundable $50 restocking fee, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. 

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date, including delivery preference (pickup or shipping), address, phone number, and payment details. It is also your obligation to notify MAWBY of any address changes or shipment cancellations before orders are packed. You, the member, will be responsible for any additional costs or shipping charges incurred due to outdated or incorrect information, and/or misdirected or returned wines.

If we are unable to process your selection due to incorrect account information, we will notify you via email. If you do not take any action to contact us or update your account information within 30 days of the original notice, we will suspend your club membership and benefits until you contact us.

Membership is limited to two individuals per account and only available to persons aged 21 years or older. Member benefits cannot be transferred to non-members. 

By joining Fizz Club FLEX and submitting your information, you agree to receive important membership-related communications (such as updates, reminders, and more) as well as marketing materials and promotional offers. Please note, if you choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you will also stop receiving membership-related communications outside of the automatic transactional emails. 

MAWBY reserves the right to amend membership benefits or terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.
