Customization Period

Early Pickup

Pick up your wines early between:

If you choose early pickup, your wines will not be pre-packed—instead, you will customize and pay for your selections in person.

Early Shipping

Select the early shipping option between:

March 2 - March 27, 2026

To select early shipping, please log in to your membership account, click the ‘Club Memberships’ tab and then click the ‘Ship It Now’ button as shown in the image below.

*PLEASE NOTE: If your membership delivery preference is set to ship, but you would like to pick up your wines instead, you must pick them up early or change your delivery preference to pickup by March 30th. You can update your delivery preference through your online account or by emailing FIZZ@mawby.wine or calling 231-271-3522 *140.

Automatic Payment Processing Date

Credit cards are charged:

March 31, 2026 @ 12:00 AM EST (Midnight)

Adjustments to your order may not be possible once your payment has been processed. Changes made after payments have been processed may incur additional fees. You will receive an email with a tracking number, when we print the shipping labels. This number will not show any activity until the wines ship.

Wine Packing

Shipping orders are packed between:

April 1 - April 10, 2026

Because packing will begin immediately after payments have been processed, please be sure that all changes and any special arrangements for your order have been finalized before credit cards are charged. **Once your order has been packed and placed on the UPS Freight pallet, we cannot retrieve it.**

Standard Pickup Period

Pickup orders are available to pick up between:

March 31 - June 1, 2026

After June 1st, any unclaimed orders will be refunded and restocked, minus a non-refundable $50 restocking fee.

Standard Shipping Date

Club wines ship out on:

April 13, 2026

If you would like to request a specific shipping date, please contact Emily by phone or email by March 30th.

Important Reminders:

• It usually only takes one day to deliver in Michigan, so for in-state Bubbleheads, be prepared to accept your wine on Tuesday, April 14.

• An adult over 21 must sign for the package; please make sure we are sending it to an address where that is possible.

• UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. Reshipped or rerouted packages will incur additional fees.

• Increase your order to a full case (12 bottles) and it ships for FREE to states in Shipping Zone 1 and $10/case to Zones 2-4.

• Per the FIZZ Club Terms and Conditions agreed upon by you at signup, if you are cancelling your membership prior to receiving a minimum of two (2) semi-annual club orders/shipments, you will be charged an early termination fee.
