Our owner Mike Laing will be present to guide you through each pairing and share the craft behind some of Michigan's most celebrated sparkling wines.
The Caprae team has created a seasonal menu designed to highlight the range and versatility of MAWBY's portfolio, from traditional méthode champenoise to unexpected sparkling expressions made from northern Michigan grapes.
