This spring, MAWBY is partnering with historic Michigan restaurants for the Icons Dinner Series 2026, a short-run dinner series celebrating places with deep roots in Michigan dining.

Our June 19 dinner brings the series to Legs Inn, a Cross Village landmark known for its Polish-inspired menu, one-of-a-kind building, and long history in Northern Michigan.

Join MAWBY owner Mike Laing and the Legs Inn team for a paired wine dinner featuring classic Legs Inn dishes served with MAWBY sparkling wines. The evening will begin with a first course of pâté, followed by a family-style spread of pierogi, golabki, kielbasa, and bigos. To finish, guests will enjoy szarlotka, a Polish crumb cake-style dessert.

These dishes already earn the drive north. For one night only, they’ll be paired with wines chosen to bring something new to the table.
