As a FIZZ Club member, you will receive a selection of six [750ml bottles], or equivalent, of MAWBY Sparkling Wine two times per year [April and September] at club discount pricing, plus tax and shipping when applicable. Wines are subject to change due to availability. Offer only available in CA,CO,DC,FL,GA, IL,IN,MI,MN,MO,NY, OH,SC,TX,VA,WI. The list of eligible states is subject to change. Please enjoy our wines responsibly.

By joining the FIZZ Club and submitting your information, you agree to receive future communications, marketing materials, and offers from MAWBY and authorized MAWBY representatives that MAWBY believes may be of interest to you.

You may cancel your membership by writing fizz@mawby.wine at any time, without further obligation, except for wines billed prior to the notice of cancellation. Your membership is ongoing and does not end per calendar year. It is your obligation to notify MAWBY of any address change or shipment cancellations before wines are shipped.MAWBY will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines. Club price discounts are based off of retail prices and as such are subject to change.

If your selection is not picked up from our tasting room, or other arrangements are not made within the allowed 60 days, we will refund your wine selection and issue a $25 restocking fee.

Cancelled, refused, and/or returned orders are subject to a $25 restocking fee and all costs of shipping incurred. Changes made after customization are subject to a $25 change fee.

FIZZ Club shipping benefits are applicable only to the original purchase. If orders have to be re shipped, standard shipping rates will apply.

If we are unable to process your selection due to incorrect account information, we will notify you via email. If you do not take any action to contact us or update your account information within the time allowed, we will suspend your club membership and benefits, until you contact us.
